I'm not a real estate advisor; can I still become a partner?
You can. Of course, after completing the training we provide. What we look for is not a real estate licence but access to a circle interested in overseas investment. Financial advisors, immigration advisors, accountants and content creators are also part of our programme.
What exactly is the commission calculated on?
It is calculated on the sale price declared in the client's title deed. Taxes, fees and lawyer costs are not included in the calculation. The rate is determined according to the tier written in your contract.
Can I follow the process after I refer my client?
Yes. In your personal CRM panel you can see which stage your client is at (first meeting, project selection, contract, title deed) and follow the status of your entitlement. In addition, an email notification is sent at every stage.
How do you document that I referred my client?
We give you a personal referral code and tracking link. When the client comes through this link or quotes the code, the record is automatically linked to you in the system. If you are referring by phone, it is enough to tell us in advance and register it in our CRM system.
If the client I refer doesn't buy straight away, do I lose my right?
No. Your referral record remains valid for 12 months. If the client makes a purchase within this period, your commission is paid. Because overseas investment decisions take time, we have deliberately kept this period long.
Do I pay a fee to join?
No. Joining the programme, the training and the materials are completely free. There is no membership, dues or minimum sales commitment. Only cases such as VIP partnership or regional master dealership are subject to a fee.
